Vat Broadband has new broadband systems in Texas and Louisiana and recently launched Peakview Solutions applications those systems, operating under the Vexus brand name. The systems were previously operated by NTS Communications.
The Vexus systems successfully launched WorkForce Pro, TicketView, OutageView, PointView, SalesView and CRM services for pay-by-phone, technician ETA, and email communication on April 1, 2020. Peakview provided all the implementation services including configuration, customization, consulting and training throughout the launch process.
All 20 hours of staff training was conducted remotely in a 4-day period by Peakview, due to travel restrictions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
